How do I place an order?

Placing an order on Mackly is easy, all you have to do is browse, add and checkout.

  • Browse macklysleep.com by using the search bar, category menu, or homepage.
  • Add the item to your bag by selecting a size, choose how many you want and then click the “add to cart” button.
  • The item will be added to your cart and you can continue to shop.
  • Make sure you are logged into your account.

Checkout by clicking on the cart icon in the top right of the page. Here you can review your choices, add a promo code or voucher. Once you are ready to confirm your order, simply click the “proceed to checkout” button and follow the prompts


Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Yes, you can change your shipping details before the order is shipped by contacting our customer service at hello@macklysleep.com . But once the order is shipped, no modification can be made about your order. If you change your shipping address in My Account after you’ve made an order, your new address won’t apply until your next order.


What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact our customer service at hello@macklysleep.com so we can help you further.


Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped (typically up to 3 days from the time of purchase), you can cancel your order by sending an email to hello@macklysleep.com . If your order status is “Shipped”, your order can’t be cancelled. If you need any help about return, please contact us on hello@macklysleep.com after your order has been delivered.


I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

We strive to provide the best service to our customers and sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. Please contact our Customer Care team at hello@macklysleep.com with your order number and the incorrect item’s name and product number within 7 days of receipt of your order. Our team will contact you within 5 working days of receipt of your complaint. You can choose to have Coupons/replacement of the product.


I have a faulty/damaged item in my order, what do I do?

We strive to provide the best service to our customers and sort out any issues at the earliest. Please contact our Customer Care team at hello@macklysleep.com with you order number, the faulty item’s name and number along with a description of the fault/damage with 2 days of receipt of your order. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item at the earliest.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Your estimated delivery date is mentioned in your order confirmation e-mail. Please allow us until this date for your order to arrive. Typically, it takes 3-5 working days for your order to be shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery will take up to 10-12 working days from the time of purchase, across India.


What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your estimated delivery date on your order confirmation e-mail has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact our customer service at orders@macklykids.com so we can help you further.


How much do I pay for shipping?

Macklysleep offers a flat shipping fee for all orders across India. Please check on checkout page to find out the shipping fees for your region.


Do you deliver internationally?

We currently deliver only in India.

What is your returns policy for incorrect items being delivered?

If the product differs as per your order, we request you to update returns status from the order panel or write us at hello@macklysleep.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. Our team will contact you within 5 working days of receipt of your complaint. You can choose to have Coupons/replacement of the product (Refer to Refund Policies for more details).

Any Product returning should be unused and should return with the tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.


What is your returns policy for faulty/damaged items being delivered?

If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us at hello@macklysleep.com within 2 days of receiving the order. You can choose to have Coupons/replacement of the product (Refer to Refund Policies for more details).

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and also ensure a reliable & standard courier service.


Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped (typically upto 5 days from the time of purchase), you can cancel your order by sending an email to hello@macklysleep.com. Your order will be refunded with coupons or based on the mode of payment made (Refer to Refund Policies for more details).

If your order status is “Shipped”, your order can’t be cancelled. If you need any help about return, please contact us on hello@macklysleep.com after your order has been delivered.


What is your refund policy?

Coupons will be sent to your registered mail ID for your order value. No Cash Refund.

Innerwear is Not Returnable/Exchange.

Return will be processed within 10 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.                    Cash-on-delivery option available on Order Value above ₹1000 .


When will I be charged for my order?

Your card will be charged within 24 hours since the order is submitted, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully.


How can I use my promo code?

After entering the valid promo code at the Cart page, your order will be discounted.
